You are purchasing our 2nd Trimester Program as a one-off purchase. You will gain access to the entire 2nd Trimester Program. You will have access to the program and classes for 3 months from the date of purchase. This purchase does not include any subscriptions and you will not have access to classes outside of the program. This program is designed to support you and your body during your 2nd trimester and prepare you for the 3rd trimester and months ahead.

  • From week 14-27 of pregnancy.

  • 4 Classes per week.

  • Perfect for anyone in their 2nd trimester and has some Pilates experience.

  • Beyond the first trimester, there are specific guidelines we start to follow around exercising during pregnancy. The classes in this program are all completely pregnancy-safe and focus on strengthening and lengthening all the areas you need at this time.

  • As your body starts to grow more rapidly, maintaining your strength and flexibility becomes even more important. Aches and pains start to become more common around the rib cage, lower back and pelvis. This program, specifically designed by Han, a physiotherapist and mother, has been created to help reduce your risk of injuries and pain so that you can enjoy your pregnancy.
