Do you have classes for beginners?

Yes! Our Foundations program is perfect for beginners. In this series of 4 classes, Han teaches you the principles of Pilates and guides you through the fundamentals of the repertoire that form the base of every class. You’ll learn how to set up your posture, engage your core and get the most out of each exercise. Being in the comfort of your own home, you can move through these classes at your own pace. As with anything, practise makes perfect, so we suggest doing each of these classes a few times so that you feel confident to progress to any class on our platform. 

Do you have a class schedule to follow?

Every Sunday we will provide a weekly planner to help motivate and guide our subscribers through the week.

Do you have classes for runners?

We have an 8 week program specifically designed to assist anyone at any stage of their running journey. Han and Brooke both know all too well how frustrating an injury can be, so this series focuses on injury prevention, performance, lower body strength, trunk control, ankle stability and hip mobility. Han has also designed a running warm up and cool down and a mobility class to target all the areas that tighten up when we run. 

How do I start my 7 day free trial?

Click any of the 7 day free trial buttons on our website. This will take you to a page where you can select a membership option - choose the 7 day free trial. You will be asked for your payment details, but you will not be charged until the 7 day free trial is over. If you do not wish to automatically roll over into a membership, you will need to cancel your trial within 7 days of signing up. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so by following the prompts on our website. You can cancel at any time, but you will be charged for the remainder of your subscribed period before your subscription is cancelled. 

Are your classes safe during pregnancy?

During pregnancy there are certain precautions you must follow after 15 weeks. We have a specific pre-natal category of classes that can be done at any stage of your pregnancy. You will just need to speak to your GP or Obstetrician prior to commencing any of our Pilates classes.

Are your classes safe after giving birth?

After giving birth you will need to speak to your GP or Obstetrician before returning to any exercise. Once you have approval, we have a specific post-natal program, designed to build up your strength, mobility and endurance, focusing on the specific areas of need for women at this stage.

Do you run live classes?

We do not currently run live classes, but this is something we are looking at doing in the future. If you would like to see us running live classes, send us an enquiry form to register your interest.

What are your membership options?

- Monthly: $38 p/m
- Half-yearly: $148 ($24.66 p/m)
- Yearly: $198 ($16.50 p/m)

Do I need any equipment for your classes?

At this stage, all of our classes are equipment free. We just suggest having a mat on the floor and a towel and water nearby.

How long are your classes?

Our classes range in duration from 5 minutes to 50 minutes. Our mini’s series are bite size classes that range from 5-15 minutes. All other classes are between 20-50 minutes.

How can I watch your classes?

You can watch our classes on your laptop, ipad, phone or TV through screen sharing.
