This is a full body class, that uses fun, yet challenging Pilates repertoire to leave you feeling energised and in tune with your body. Expect to feel your muscles work hard while still focusing on improving your technique and form, for the ultimate Pilates experience that is sure to get those endorphins flowing. This class is perfect for lengthening and strengthening your entire body from top to toe.
Notes: This class is not suitable beyond the first trimester of pregnancy.
