Han wears many hats: physiotherapist, accredited Pilates teacher, mum, wife, and business owner. With a Master’s degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and over 14 years of experience, she combines her deep understanding of the human body with her passion for Pilates to craft each class.
Exercise has always been integral to Han’s life, especially running, yoga, and Pilates. As a mother of two daughters, Harper (born September 2022) and Darcy (born 2024), she truly appreciates the convenience and importance of at-home exercise. Practicing quality Pilates in the comfort of her home has been invaluable for her recovery, strength rebuilding, and mental rejuvenation.
Throughout her career, Han has had the privilege of supporting women through pregnancy and the postnatal period. As a musculoskeletal physiotherapist and accredited Clinical Pilates instructor, she has guided many women to exercise safely and confidently during these transformative times, often assisting those experiencing pain or discomfort due to bodily changes.
In 2023, while navigating the challenges of first-time motherhood, Han co-founded Our Pilates which offers physiotherapist-designed workouts accessible anytime, anywhere. Her personal experiences highlighted the need for flexible, at-home exercise solutions, inspiring her to create a resource that empowers others to maintain their well-being amidst life’s demands. Building upon this success, Han and her business partner, Brooke Hogan, expanded their vision by opening a physical Reformer Pilates studio in Sorrento, providing a welcoming space for in-person practice and community connection.
Every class Han creates is purposeful, designed to invigorate your body, awaken your muscles, and leave you feeling refreshed and energised. Her routines flow seamlessly, making transitions between exercises feel natural. No matter your current state, you’ll find the perfect flow within our extensive collection of classes. "When I first tried Pilates, I couldn’t believe how much I loved it. Having pushed myself to go to the gym for so many years, I never imagined that exercise could be this enjoyable AND effective. Creating and launching Our Pilates is a dream come true for me.
