This 4-week program is designed to introduce the foundations of Pilates and build your confidence in the repertoire. Focusing on alignment, body awareness and control, this program will give you a deeper mind-body connection, build a base level of strength and prepare you for any of the other classes or programs on our platform.

This 6-week program is designed to take your Pilates practice to another level. Focusing on your precision, technique and flow, this program will leave you feeling strong, flexible and in control of your movement.

PRENATAL PROGRAM
This 10-week program is designed for anyone, at any stage of their pregnancy. These classes focus on all the areas we need to strengthen during pregnancy and help you and your body prepare for when bub arrives.

POSTNATAL PROGRAM
This 8-week program is for anyone who has given birth, either vaginally or via caesarean section. The postnatal classes take into account the specific needs of new mums and focuses on spinal mobility, upper back stretches, hip stretches, hip strengthening and re-engaging the pelvic floor and deep abdominals.
