This challenge is perfect for anyone who is new to Pilates or returning after a little break. This is a balanced challenge, designed to feel good and to help you enjoy rolling out your mat each day.

Han has planned this challenge for our pregnant members, so all classes are safe, provided you have medical clearance to exercise. The classes in this challenge are all low impact, but there is a focus on muscle strength and tone, so please listen to your body and if anything feels uncomfortable, press pause and speak to your physio or doctor. We do not suggest completing this challenge beyond 34 weeks gestation.
