We have designed three 10-week* running programs. Select from 5km, 10km and 21km with specifically designed Pilates classes to assist you on your running journey.

Our Running programs are a great way to take your running to a new level, whatever your goal may be.


*Each running program can be condensed from 10 weeks to 8 weeks. To condense, please see each program for specific details on which weeks to remove.

5KM PROGRAM

5KM PROGRAM

Perfect for beginner runners who are looking for a safe and enjoyable way to pick up running. Or for anyone who has had a bit of a break from running and wants to get back into it gently. Using intervals of running and walking, this program builds the total running time up gradually over the 10 weeks until you are confidently running 5km.

10KM PROGRAM

10KM PROGRAM

Designed for runners who are comfortable running 3-5km and are looking to challenge themselves by increasing that distance to 10km. Or maybe you’re a confident runner, and you want to challenge yourself to a new PB; the interval runs in this program are perfect for that!

21KM PROGRAM

21KM PROGRAM

A program for runners comfortable with 8-10km, wanting to challenge themselves to a half marathon. Whether this is your first half marathon or you’ve run a few, the key to enjoying yourself on the day is in the training. You’ll build up gradually over the 10 weeks so that you feel fit and ready when you get to that start line.

  • Download either the 5KM, 10KM or 21KM program

  • Save to your camera roll or print.

  • Start your running journey!

How much do the running programs cost

Every member receives unlimited access to our platform. This includes every class, challenge, program, running program, recipes and more. To become a member, you can sign up to our monthly, quareterly or yearly memberships.

I'm a beginner, is the program right for me?

Yes! The 5km program is perfect for you. This program starts from scratch and uses intervals of walking/jogging to build you up to 5km over 10 weeks. If you’re not fussed about how long it takes, you can always repeat weeks until you feel ready to move on.

Am I locked into a contract?

No! You can cancel anytime within the 'Account' section of your membership portal.

How fast should I be running?

We have create a 'Pace Guide' alongside the running programs on the resources page.

Can I do the program in 8 weeks instead of 10 weeks?

Each running program can be condensed from 10 weeks to 8 weeks. To condense, please see each individual program for details on which weeks to remove.
