21 DAY TRANSFORMATION

21 DAY TRANSFORMATION

TONE PROGRAM

TONE PROGRAM

This 8-week program is designed to take your body to another level. Using higher-intensity classes with a focus on strength and effort, you will see and feel the difference. Expect to work hard, have fun and be rewarded for your efforts.

FOUNDATION PROGRAM

FOUNDATION PROGRAM

This 4-week program is designed to introduce the foundations of Pilates and build your confidence in the repertoire. Focusing on alignment, body awareness and control, this program will give you a deeper mind-body connection, build a base level of strength and prepare you for any of the other classes or programs on our platform.

POSTNATAL PROGRAM

POSTNATAL PROGRAM

This 8-week program is for anyone who has given birth, either vaginally or via caesarean section. The postnatal classes take into account the specific needs of new mums and focuses on spinal mobility, upper back stretches, hip stretches, hip strengthening and re-engaging the pelvic floor and deep abdominals.

  • Class Duration: 5 - 35 mins

  • 1-2 Educational videos per week

Select from 5km, 10km and 21km with specifically designed Pilates classes to assist you on your running journey. Our Running programs are designed to take your running to a new level, whatever your goal may be.

  • 3 runs + 2 Pilates classes per week

  • 1 stretch session per week

  • 2 deload weeks

  • For any fitness level 

  • Each program can be condensed from 10 weeks to 8 weeks

PRENATAL PROGRAMS

PRENATAL PROGRAMS

We have a collection of prenatal programs, specifically designed by Han, for anyone, at any stage of their pregnancy. These programs focus on all the areas we need to strengthen during pregnancy and help you and your body prepare for when bub arrives. As the body changes during pregnancy, the way you exercise needs to change as well. We focus on stretching out your hips and spine and strengthening your glutes and pelvic floor to support your pelvis and prepare for giving birth. And equally importantly, you will strengthen your mind and body in preparation for the fourth trimester


  • 4 Week Beginner Program: Begin any stage of pregnancy. Perfect for anyone who is pregnant and new to Pilates or returning to Pilates after a break from exercise

  • 1st Trimester Program: Perfect for anyone in their 1st trimester with some Pilates experience 

  • 2nd Trimester Program: Perfect for anyone in their 2nd trimester with some Pilates experience 

  • 3rd Trimester: Perfect for anyone in their 3rd trimester with some Pilates experience 

  • 10 Week Mind Body and Bump Program: Begin anytime, for women with some experience designed to be completed by 36 weeks.

  • Preparing for Birth Program: Begin during the later stages of pregnancy (anytime from around 34 weeks onwards). Perfect for all fitness levels
