Almond Chocolate Brownie

1 Free-Range Egg
½ cup Milk of choice
3 tbsp Grass-Fed Butter, melted
3 tbsp Coconut Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
¼ cup Cacao Powder
1/8 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 cups Almond Flour
¼ cup Dark Chocolate Chips
½ cup Almond, roughly chopped
Almond Butter, drizzled (optional)

Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan forced.
Blend all ingredients in order as listed except for choc chips and almonds until combined.
Fold through choc chips & ¼ cup almonds.
Pour mixture evenly into a small loaf tin. And sprinkle the top with remaining almonds.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until cooked through.
Leave in tin for 10 minutes before removing.
