Ingredients:

1 cup Milk of Choice

½ cup Mixed Frozen Berries

½ Zucchini (frozen or fresh)

1 tbsp Nut Butter (peanut is delicious) 

1 tbsp Yoghurt (I used coconut)

1 tsp Chia Seeds

1 tsp Honey

Method:

Add ingredients to blender and blitz to desired consistency. Add ice as desired.
