Chickpea, Garlic & Lemon Hummus

1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
3 tbsp of tahini
3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp of water
½ tsp of cumin
2 large cloves of garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
Generous sprinkle of salt

Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor
If you prefer a smoother consistency, add extra water
Serve with your favourite crackers, pita bread or vegetable sticks
