Choc Oat Bliss Balls

Under 10 Minutes

Ingredients:

15 dates

1 cup (80g) rolled or quick oats 

½ cup (50g) walnuts

⅓ cup (40g) pumpkin seeds

⅓ cup (40g) sunflower seeds

1 tbsp (10g) chia seeds

¼ cup (20g) shredded coconut

2 tbsp (15g) cacao powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until everything is combined.

  2. Roll the mixture into 12 equal-sized balls,, then store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
