Dark Choc Almond Chia Pudding Mousse

ΒΌ cup Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Cacao
2 tsp Flaxseeds
2 tbsp Almond Butter
2 tbsp Rice Malt Syrup
Optional toppings:
Coconut Yoghurt, cream, ice cream
Chocolate Flakes

Add all ingredients to blender and blitz until smooth.
Pour into bowls or jars and refrigerate for at least 1.5 hours.
Top with optional toppings of coconut yoghurt and chocolate flakes and enjoy!
