Ingredients:

100g Smoked Salmon

1/3 cup Rice, cooked as per packet instructions

½ Avocado, sliced 

½ cup Edamame Beans

1 Lebanese Cucumbers, sliced

1 Carrot, sliced

1 sheet of Seaweed, flaked on top

¼ tsp Sesame Seeds 

1 tbsp Tamar

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and drizzle with tamari. 

  2. Enjoy!
