Energy Boosting Bliss Balls

1 cup of medjool dates, pitted
1 cup of roasted almonds
½ cup of shredded coconut
½ cup of almond butter
1 tsp of vanilla extract
¼ cup of activated buckwheat
1 cup of oats
Pinch of salt

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor until well combined. If the consistency is too soft, add additional oats. Alternatively, if you feel it’s too dry, add extra almond butter.
Roll into tablespoon sized balls and place onto a lined baking tray.
