Everyday Bircher Muesli

Vegetarian

Over 30 Minutes

Ingredients:

½ cup rolled oats

½ apple, grated

½ tsp chia seeds

1 tsp pumpkin seeds

1 tsp flaxseeds

1/4 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp walnuts, roughly chopped

½ cup milk of choice

3 tbsp Greek yoghurt 

1 tsp honey

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl or container, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight (the longer it soaks, the creamier it’ll be). If the mixture is too thick, add more milk as needed.

  2. Serve as is, or with extra fruit or nut butter on top.
