Gluten Free Fudge Brownies

Ingredients:

100g butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup choc chips
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup almond meal

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.

  2. Melt the butter in a large bowl.

  3. Whisk the sugar in with the butter.

  4. Add all remaining ingredients & whisk to combine.

  5. Pour into a small lined tray.

  6. Bake for 20 minutes & leave to rest.
