Ingredients:

1 cup Brewed Green Tea 

½ Frozen Banana (or fresh) 

½ Green Apple

1 cup Spinach 

1 cup Kale

1 tbsp Chia Seeds

1 tbsp Almonds

Method:

Add ingredients to blender and blitz to desired consistency. Add ice as desired.
