2 cups of spinach
1 green apple (skin on), chopped
1 cup of frozen mango
1 large banana OR 2 small-medium bananas
1.5 cups of milk of your choice
Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
½ cup of greek yoghurt, sub for vegan alternative if required
Optional but highly recommended: 1 nub of fresh ginger, sliced
Ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor
Blitz until smooth
Pour into your favourite glass or travel cup
