Green Power Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 cups of spinach 

1 green apple (skin on), chopped

1 cup of frozen mango 

1 large banana OR 2 small-medium bananas

1.5 cups of milk of your choice

Squeeze of fresh lemon juice 

½ cup of greek yoghurt, sub for vegan alternative if required 

Optional but highly recommended: 1 nub of fresh ginger, sliced

Ice cubes

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor 

  2. Blitz until smooth

  3. Pour into your favourite glass or travel cup
