No Bake Chewy Protein Slice
Serves: 8-10 bars

1 cup of peanut butter or nut butter of your choice
1/2 cup of honey or liquid sweetener of your choice
2 tbsp of coconut oil
1.5 cups of quick oats
1/2 cup of desiccated coconut
1 cup of mixed nuts and seeds (we used slivered almonds, activated buckwheat and pepita seeds)
1/4 cup of chocolate chips
ΒΌ cup of protein powder of your choice

Add the nut butter, honey and coconut oil to a small saucepan over low-medium heat. Stir regularly for 2-3 minutes or until the coconut oil has melted completely
Fold through the remaining ingredients and press into a lined baking tray.
Place the slice into the freezer for 2 hours, slice and enjoy
