There are a number of different ways to enjoy Our Pilates. First, it helps to understand how our classes are presented to you so you can determine which classes are best suited for you.



New to Pilates?

If you have never tried Pilates before, we recommend you begin with our 'I'm New To Pilates' Start Here program. These classes will teach you the basics so that you can go on to enjoy any class on our platform.  While we have 7 days set out in a row, you are welcome to take these classes at your own pace. and to even repeat classes until you feel comfortable. The reason we have 7 days of classes in a row is so that you can make the most of your 7 day free trial, but this does not mean you have to complete each class within your free trial. Work at a pace that suits you and we encourage you to come back to these classes anytime you need a refresher!

Not sure where to begin? This is our 7-day start here program if you are new to Pilates. Once you have completed this start here program you can move on to the 'I have some experience' program, jump straight into our weekly planner or select your preferred class from our extensive class library!



Have some experience?

For those with some Pilates experience, you are able to complete any class, program or challenge on our platform. There are many ways for you to enjoy the platform. Whether that's selecting classes as you please, following along our weekly planner, start here planner or jumping straight into one of our programs or challenges. 




Experienced?

If you are experienced with Pilates, you will be able to complete any class, program or challenge on our platform. All of our classes are led by a physiotherapist and our classes are designed to challenge your body in ways that you may not have experienced from other instructors or platforms.


There are many ways for you to enjoy the platform as an experienced Pilates love. Whether that's selecting classes as you please, following along our weekly planner, start here planner or jumping straight into one of our programs or challenges. We encourage you to navigate Our Pilates however you please.

A FEW MORE THINGS

Class intensity

You will find each class, planner, challenge and program on our main catalogue page 'our classes'. Each class is categorised into 1 of 3 intensities: Calm, Energise and Sweat. As the names state, Calm is the least intense, working through Energise which is our 'happy medium', into sweat which is our most intense class style. Sweat category requires some experience and we recommend you try our other class styles prior to trying our sweat style. 

Class length?

You can search through our library of classes based on your preferred class length.  We have classes that range from 5-50 minutes and a variety of intensities. You will find the class length on the video.

Only have a short amount of time but want to squish in a workout or wanting to add an spicy extra burn to a full length class?  We have you covered with a complete category of 'MINI' classes. 

Our mini are short and sharp bite-sized classes ranging from 5-15 minutes which are perfect when you know you only have a small amount of time and still want to move your body. Whether you're on a work break, in between naps/feeds, looking to target a specific area or want to add some extra burn to the end of another class, choose from our selection of mini-classes.

How to join and watch?

We offer multiple membership options that you will find on the join page on our website. We encourage you to become a member via our website with your preferred email and password. You can also sign up via our app however there are limited membership options on our app.


Please note: Once you join via our website with you preferred email and password you can then use these details to log in via the Our Pilates app once you have downloaded it from the Apple App Store. We just recommended that your initial sign up is through our website www.ourpilates.com.au


Once you have a membership and have start your 7 day free trial, you can enjoy all of our classes via your web browser (Safari, Chrome etc) or via the Our Pilates App.


To watch online all you have to do it navigate to www.ourpilates.com.au, log in/join if you aren't a member, navigate to 'Our Classes' page.


If you have an Apple device you can download our app via the Apple App Store. You can also AirPlay our classes to your favourite devices if you prefer to watch on a bigger screen.
