Pesto Chicken Veggie Bowl by Clean Kweens

1 serve microwave rice/quinoa
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 zucchini, sliced
1 cup kale, chopped
1/2 cup canned chickpeas
1/2 chicken breast, diced
1 tbs pesto
Method:

Microwave the rice and add to a bowl.
Add the garlic, zucchini & kale to a pan.
Cook for 5 minutes or until sautéed.
Cook the chicken in a small fry pan.
Add chicken & greens to the bowl with the rice.
Add the pesto, stir to combine, enjoy!
