Quick and Easy Bolognaise

Serves: 2-4

Ingredients:

500g mince beef 

1 onion 

1 clove of garlic

1 carrot diced 

1 zuchinni diced 

240g diced tomatoes 

500g  of passata 

Salt and pepper 

Parmesan cheese

Your choice of pasta 

Method:

  1. Put a large saucepan on a medium heat and add 1 tbsp olive oil.

  2. Finely dice onion and garlic and add to pan. Saute until soft

  3. Add grated zuchinni and carrot, cook for 2 minutes

  4. Add mince beef and cook until browned

  5. Add tomatoes and passata and combine

  6. Allow to boil then reduce heat and leave to simmer with lid on Stirring occasionally 

  7. Cook pasta as per packet instructions 

  8. Serve with grated parmesan cheese!
