Single Serve Chocolate Bake

Ingredients:

1 Free-Range Egg

2 tsp Coconut Sugar (honey also works)

1 ½ tsp Cacao Powder

1 tsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (olive also works)

¼ cup Quinoa Flakes

¼ tsp Baking Powder 

2 tsp Dark Chocolate Chips

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Add ingredients as listed into a small bowl, whisking after each addition. 

  3. Pour into a small lightly greased ramekin and bake for 8-10 minutes. 

  4. Enjoy.
