1 ½ tsp Cacao Powder
1 tsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (olive also works)
¼ cup Quinoa Flakes
¼ tsp Baking Powder
2 tsp Dark Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Add ingredients as listed into a small bowl, whisking after each addition.
Pour into a small lightly greased ramekin and bake for 8-10 minutes.
