This is a whole class dedicated to engaging the pelvic floor and core abdominals. You'll be working these muscles in a variety of different positions, and we'll focus on switching on and off, which are both equally important! If you are unsure if you are engaging correctly, I'd suggest seeing a women's health physio for a proper assessment and guidance.

Note: Although I am pregnant at the time of filming, this is a great class for anyone who feels like they need to work on their pelvic floor strength and control.

Usually I find it really hard to feel the difference of on/off activation of my pelvic floor but with Hans cues I felt it so clearly in this class!
