Berry Almond Butter Chia Pudding

Serves: 2

Serves: 2

This perfect, fuss-free breakfast takes less than 10 minutes to make. Prep on a Sunday and then you have the most delicious, nourishing breakfast ready to go as soon as you wake up each day.

Simple Swaps / Additions

  • Change the berries out for any seasonal fresh or frozen fruit e.g. mango or banana.

  • Swap the almond butter for peanut butter.

  • Honey for maple syrup.

  • We love topping our chia pudding with granola and extra berries and almond butter.

Recipe by Two Raw Sisters

5 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup berries, fresh or frozen

  • 1 cup plant based or dairy milk

  • 1/2 cup plant based or dairy yoghurt

  • 1 1/2 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds

Method:

  1. Add the berries, milk, yoghurt, almond butter, honey, vanilla and sea salt to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. In a bowl add the chia seeds and then pour over the ‘berry milk’. Stir the chia seeds through so they are evenly distributed.

  3. Place the chia pudding in the fridge, to set overnight.

  4. This will last up to 5 days in the fridge.
