An all new way to move at Our Pilates.

Welcome to our 6-week Strength Program, designed to build your strength, boost your confidence, and help you feel your absolute best. This program is suitable for all levels, whether you’re brand new to strength training or already comfortable lifting weights. In each class, I’ll offer variations so you can choose the challenge that feels right for you on the day.

6 WEEK STRENGTH PROGRAM

6 WEEK STRENGTH PROGRAM

  • 6 week program

  • Class duration: 30 minutes

  • 3 strength classes per week

  • Plus 2 optional Pilates classes per week 

  • Progressive from start to finish

  • Equipment:

    -Weights (light - heavy)

    -Bands (light/medium)

  • Class duration: 30 minutes

  • Suitable for all levels, progressions/regressions offered in every class

Because this is a true strength-focused program, you’ll notice we repeat key movement patterns each week, with intentional progressions built in. It might feel a little different if you’re used to Pilates, but these principles are what help you to get the results you are here for. 

To help you get set up, here’s a quick overview of the weights we’ll be using across the weekly Upper Body, Lower Body, and Full Body sessions:

  • Light: 2-3 kg

  • Medium: 3-4 kg

  • Heavy: 4-7 kg

For upper-body exercises you’ll mainly use light to medium weights; for lower-body work, medium to heavy will be ideal. We also use a step in some sessions. A coffee table, sturdy chair, couch, or exercise step will all work, just aim for something around knee height.
