Ingredients:

  •  6 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1.5 cups freshly squeezed orange juice

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

  • 2 tbsp collagen

  • 1 1/3 cup coconut yoghurt

  • Pulp of 1 large passionfruit or 2 small

  • 2 Kiwi fruit to serve

Method:

  1. Juice the oranges

  2. Pour the chia seeds into a large jar or container and stir through the collagen

  3. Pour the orange juice, milk, coconut yoghurt and passionfruit pulp into the jar/container and mix well

  4. Place into the fridge to set overnight

  5. To serve, stir through the kiwi fruit chopped into little pieces

    Tips

We recommend stirring the pudding once again during the gelling process to prevent big lumps of chia seeds forming.
