Honey & Date Smoothie

Dairy Free, Vegetarian

Ingredients:

1 ½ cup Milk of Choice (almond is delicious)

½ Frozen Banana 

1/3 cup Frozen Cauliflower (or fresh if you forget!)

1 Date 

1 tbsp Oats 

2 tsp Tahini 

½ tsp Honey

¼ tsp Cinnamon 

¼ tsp Vanilla ExtractShredded Coconut, optional topping

Method:

Add ingredients to blender and blitz to desired consistency. Add ice as desired.
