Our Pilates Reformer at Home offering has been thoughtfully designed to bring the precision, structure and experience of studio Pilates into your own space.

Led by physiotherapist Han and instructed by Han and Shannon, each class is grounded in a deep understanding of the body, with a strong focus on technique, alignment and purposeful movement. Rather than simply moving through exercises, you’ll learn how to move well, building strength, improving control and creating a more connected, capable body.


At Our Pilates, every detail matters, from the way movements are layered and cued, to how each program is structured and delivered.

This is not just a collection of classes, but a carefully designed system to help you build strength, improve movement quality and feel confident in your body.



So how does it work?

Build Your Own Routine (30 classes)

Build Your Own Routine (30 classes)

Ideal if you prefer to move at your own pace? You’ll have access to all 30 reformer classes, so you can create a routine that works for you. This option allows you to choose classes based on how your body feels each day. You can add classes to your calendar and plan your weeks ahead. It’s flexible, intuitive, and designed to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle while still giving you structure when you need it.

Beginner Program (2 weeks)

Beginner Program (2 weeks)

Ideal if you’re new to reformer or looking to refine your foundations. This program focuses on learning the fundamentals, understanding technique and building confidence in each movement. It’s a supportive introduction, designed to help you feel comfortable, capable and strong.

Intermediate Program (6 weeks)

Intermediate Program (6 weeks)

Designed for those ready to build on their foundations and move into more dynamic, layered classes. With a focus on full body strength, stability, coordination and endurance, this program progresses week by week to challenge you in a structured and achievable way.

  • Reformer bed and box

  • Pilates ball*

  • Pilates ring*

  • Light dumbbells (approximately 1kg)*

  • Resistance band*

*Additional equipment is optional. You can absolutely follow along without it and still get a great workout.
